FAQ’S

Do I need to touch my toes?

Not at all. We are all different shapes and sizes and have structural limitations and emotional barriers. Yoga is about self discovery and acceptance. The more we show up and connect with ourselves then the progress and process will begin. As we lengthen to strengthen we may find that Yes we can touch our toes!

Do I need to block book?

As I am a small studio and can only accommodate 6 students per class, I do request students to book for four weeks in advance.

What if I feel nothing during a Reiki treatment?

The Usui system of natural healing is used for your highest and greatest good. You may not experience the benefits straight away, it could be a week or so later or it maybe so subtle that you are not fully aware that the healing is taking place.

Do I still need to see my GP even though I am receiving Complementary medicine?

Yes. If you are unwell you should still seek medical advice. Alternate therapies will complement any treatment being given by Western medicine and you should always consult your Health Care practitioner when you begin any new physical regime, especially if you have any underlying health conditions.Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point. If you sell something, use this space to describe it in detail and tell us why we should make a purchase. Tap into your creativity. You’ve got this.
