Meditation is used as a tool to ease anxiety and discover a deeper meaning in life amongst many other benefits. We now find its techniques being used in a number of settings, not just within Yoga, Ayurveda and Reiki. Many schools and colleges have discovered its benefits including students and teaching staff, I myself have taught in both primary and secondary settings. There are many forms of meditation and finding a style that lets you into that space of quiet may require some investigation.
